Men Only IOW is a community-based, non-clinical organisation providing mental health and wellbeing support across the Isle of Wight. Established in 2020, they deliver trauma-aware, person-centred services for individuals facing challenges such as isolation, depression, addiction, burnout, and long-term absence from work. Operating from a dedicated warm space in Ryde, they offer structured peer support, creative and therapeutic activities, and access to essential services through trusted partnerships. They support both men and women, with a core focus on improving mental health, building social connection, and reducing stigma through early, local intervention.
